Use of the Site
You may browse and use this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Collect, extract, or otherwise copy Site content through automated means or in a manner that interferes with the Site;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the Site’s source code or underlying systems;
- Attempt to access administrative, restricted, or non-public areas of the Site; or
- Use the Site in any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive manner.
Intellectual Property
All music, images, logos, videos, text, graphics, and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Slightly Gigantic and/or A.G. Entertainment and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unless we give you prior written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or otherwise use that content.
User Submissions
Anything you submit to us through the contact form, Text Club, or other channels may be used by the Band for internal communications, promotional purposes, and to respond to your inquiry. You represent that any content you submit is your own or that you have the right to submit it.
SMS Messaging Terms
Program name: Slightly Gigantic Text Club.
Program description: Fans who opt in may receive text messages from Slightly Gigantic about upcoming shows, tour dates, new music releases, and promotional offers.
- Message frequency: Up to 4 messages per month; frequency may vary.
- Charges: Message and data rates may apply.
- Help and opt-out: Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
- How to join: Enrollment occurs through double opt-in on slightlygiganticband.com.
- Carrier notice: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Supported carriers: All major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others.
- Program availability: The program is offered on an “as is” basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued as permitted by law.
- Voluntary consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, as applicable.
